WHAT IS SISTER CITIES?
Sister Cities International of Oklahoma City (SCI OKC) is a nonprofit citizen
diplomacy network. We are devoted to creating and strengthening
partnerships between Oklahoma City and our active sister cities.
Our efforts are aimed at increasing global cooperation at
the municipal level, promoting cultural understanding and
stimulating economic development.
SCI leads the movement for local community development and
volunteer action by motivating and empowering private citizens,
municipal officials and business leaders to conduct long-term
programs of mutual benefit with our sister cities.
